Role: Community Growth & Engagement Manager (Digital Marketing)
DFS Africa has just launched the Connecting the Dots Initiative (CDI) - https://africacdi.com. In order to grow CDI, it is imperative that we communicate effectively across all social media channels specifically LinkedIn and Twitter that our customers use most frequently. It is also imperative that we generate leads and manage relationship with customers and other key stakeholders.
Working in the Marketing team, you will be in charge of generating qualified leads, and nurturing those leads down the buyer journey. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned. Whilst this is a hands-on role, there will also be an emphasis on project management, client liaison, and for the right person, people management.
